Jennifer Bauer, Park Manager, welcomed the group and introduced Don Wiley who offered prayer. He then briefly presented the shapes, scales and rhythm notation. The following songs were sung, first by the individual parts in the shapes, then all four parts in the shapes, and then the poetry.

78b, New Britain
86, Ortonville
207t, Windham
36b, Albion
117, Angel Band

Don called Dan Huger to lead 293, Lenox.
Mary Baumeister then led 214, Hosanna

Attendance was estimated at from 50 to 70. (No one seems to have made a head count.) There were many newcomers. The class was very receptive and made a wonderful sound. It has been decided that the third Sunday afternoon Johnson City workshop will now be held at the Park. Thanks to the park staff for their hospitality.

It was a fine, mild spring day at the historic Old Fields.
