Erik Anderson gave us a welcome and explained the history of the park. Some years ago there was a massive flood and it was decided to make that flooded land into a park for the community.

It was a delightful day, breezy and somewhat cool in the morning, warming up in the afternoon. We sang on the covered stage of the Community Park. Given the noise of the traffic and the uncertainty of weather, we may sing at Magill Memorial Presbyterian Church (on Route 143) next year.
