Cherry Smoked Sausage

Smoked sausage- browned
Pineapple (save juice)
1/2 cup cream of coconut
2 tablespoons of mustard (really best if use premixed mustard like stone ground)
1/4 teaspoon garlic
green pepper
water chestnuts
maraschino cherries
combine coconut, pineapple juice, garlic and mustard (can thicken with flour; cut back on pineapple juice for more coconut flavor)
add sausage, pineapple, water chestnuts
heat through and garnish with cherries
