14th Rotunda Singing

The 14th annual session of the Rotunda Singing was held on Saturday before the first Sunday in February in the foyer of the Department of Archives and History, Montgomery, Alabama. Four song books were used: The Sacred Harp, 1991 edition; The Christian Harmony, 2010 edition; The B. F. White Sacred Harp (Cooper Book), 1992 Revision; and The Colored Sacred Harp.

The class was called to order by Bill Hogan leading 36b (CB), Ninety-Fifth Psalm.
He welcomed the class and introduced Joey Brackner of the Alabama State Council on the Arts. The opening prayer was offered by Henry Guthery.

The following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Bill Hogan, Vice Chairman—Joey Brackner, Secretary—Nancy Hogan; Arranging Committee—Cassie Allen, Judy Chambless, and Nancy Hogan.
