The nineteenth annual singing at Mt. Zion Methodist Church was called
to order at 3:00 p.m. by James Thobaben joyfully welcoming the
attendees back to his church after a year's absence.
Kathleen Halpin offered the opening prayer;
Ron Pen led the class in singing the scale and

There had been fifteen leaders among a class of forty-nine singers from Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, and Massachusetts. The class dismissed to a soup supper prepared by the church members.
