The 140th Big Singing (Southern Harmony)

No practice session was held on Sunday morning this year; instead, singers who were in town to attend the Sacred Harp singing the prior day were encouraged to worship with local churches and invite their congregations to Big Singing.

Gene Gilliland called the singing to order at 1:15 p.m. by recounting the beginning of Big Singing; he then led 103, Holy Manna, and 10b, Ortonville.
