The business meeting was reopened to hear reports from officers and committees. Nancy Novotny, as Secretary, reported that sixty-one singers from fourteen states, two Canadian provinces, and Germany led seventy-four songs. Mischa Skeeter and Gin McCollum gave the Treasurer's report and thanked the singers for their generosity, noting that the weekend's expenses had been met.
The Resolutions Committee (Julius Pasay and Bradley Knoke) thanked the officers and committee members for helping to ensure a successful singing and resolved to meet again next year on the first Sunday in May. Among those acknowledged for their roles were: Arranging Committee: Thom Fahrbach, Kate Fine, Stephanie Fida, and Nancy Novotny; Kitchen Coordinator: Ruth Linehan; Registration: Nell Whitman.
