The business meeting was reopened to hear reports from officers and committees. Nancy Novotny gave the Secretary's report for the weekend and noted that, on Sunday, seventy-three singers from ten states and one Canadian province led eighty-two songs. Gabe Estes, as Treasurer, reported that the weekend's expenses had been met.
The Resolutions Committee (Jeff McLeod and Jenna Tompkins) thanked the officers and committee members for helping to ensure a successful singing weekend and resolved to meet again next year for the Portland Double-All Day Singing on the first Sunday in May and the Saturday before.
Following announcements, Carrie Walker led
